DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:\n\n \nNormally, DFNYC endorses a slate of candidates later in the election
  cycle. But we have occasionally done early endorsements of specific candid
 ates that have a history with DFNYC and embody our progressive ideals. This
  year, we considered Eric Schneiderman for that honor. We asked our members
 , and feedback on an early endorsement vote was overwhelmingly positive. No
 w we actually have to have the vote. You are a voting-eligible member if yo
 u have been to two DFNYC events since Nov. 15th, 2011.\n \n  \nDFNYC is com
 mitted to anonymous voting. As in past endorsements, votes will be counted 
 by DFA organizers in other states. DFNYC leadership will assist with determ
 ining who is a voting-eligible member, but we will not see your actual vote
 . \n  \nIf you encounter problems voting, please email us at info-at-dfnyc.
 org. If you are not sure if you are voting eligible, please vote. If our re
 cords show you are eligible, we will count your vote. If not, your vote wil
 l not be counted. To be clear, there is no penalty for voting if it turns o
 ut you are not eligible.\n\n\nVoting opened on Tuesday, March 18th and will
