 ontroversy - labeling entire mosques as "terrorist enterprises" - in order 
 to do surveillance of imams and members, even with no evidence of wrong doi
 ng.  We'll look at what's happening with this issue, as well as stop-and-fr
 isk, and most importantly, talk about what we can do about it.  When the po
 lice department engages in an assault on civil liberties, we can often feel
  helpless to respond. Join us at Linkup where we will discuss strategies fo

  first Wednesday of every month for over 10 years, since they started durin
 g Howard Dean's campaign; but we do try to avoid major religious holidays w
